Can only buy 1 King Collection Code??

    I wasn't sure if I should put this under the other King Collection thread or not. I went to buy King Collection codes. I bought one cause it wouldn't allow me to add more than one to cart. After I finished that transaction tried to buy another code but got error (it seem to decline my CC). I cleaned my history folder, closed web, and I tried again. Now I get you have purchase this item, please remove it from cart to proceed.

    Ok, I know been gone a bit and miss a lot. When did they make were you can only by 1 code per EA/origin master account?

    Hmm, what I see is a ton of revenue lost if this continues. I am hoping this is just a oversight or glitch. Wonder who I could chat with about this issue, UO peeps, EA peeps, Origin peeps or just take a wait and see approach?

    I am utterly confused by this action

    Oh I was able to go through with the 2nd buy , but no code is given on the 2nd buy.. But they did take my money

    *UPDATE*
    Well on top of everything else, I learned that my CC and/or my EA master account has been BLACKLISTED!?!?
    <SARCASM> Gee, what a lovely way to treat customers of 11 years.</SARCASM> They are fixing it.
    Its supposed to take either 1 to 2 hours or 24 hours. The Origin support guy wasn't sure. He also wasn't sure why
    I had been blacklisted.

    Thank you, Kelly I've seen it. It was posted AFTER I'd already tried to upgrade my accounts.

    This whole fiasco begs the question: "Is it this hard to upgrade a WoW account?"

    Nevermind, I bought just one and am told that I can't download it because I am using wireless and origin has some issues with wireless?

    Mesanna is working very hard on getting things working and fixed for everyone. I was trying to get the upgrade for Stygian Abyss and High Seas Booster without any success and Mesanna went to work on that problem too.

    Origin Store Issues

    Hello everyone,

    I wanted to let everyone know that the issue with not getting your codes has been reported and I have someone working on it right now. After speaking with my contact at the Origin store the 2nd and 3rd Theme packs purchases did not go through even though they appeared as they did. There was an error in the labeling of the Theme pack and until this is corrected please do not buy more than one code per Origin account. As soon as this is fixed I will let you guys know.

    There's no chance of buying more than one code per Origin master account now, because the Origin store now only allows one per Origin account.

    Any word on when we can buy more than one code per master account, for those of us that have several UO accounts on a single Origin master account?

    ok, First they make us link all acounts under a master user and then will only sell us one code per master account. Not a very good business model.

    Last night, I created another Origin Account under a separate e-mail address and I was able to purchase multiple copies with that Origin Account.

    Will this workaround allow us to apply the purchased codes to older accounts with the crafters that want the features), that can't buy one now?

    You can apply the codes you get on any account.

    It's pretty ridiculous that they haven't fixed this yet. Now, they will have tons of empty Origin accounts not tied to any gaming accounts... but, woohoo! Works for me! :) Thanks to Frarc and Tazar!

    I spoke too soon. I created a new account, logged into the Origin store with the new account, and added the King's Collection to my shopping cart. When I click the Check Out button, instead of receiving the error message that I've already purchased it, the whole page just refreshes and goes nowhere. Tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE, then cleared the cache/cookies/temp files in each browser and tried again. Same thing happens. Can't complete the transaction.

    I'm not sure how else to beg them to take my money.

    OK... only way I could get it to work was to NOT create the Origin account first. Add King's Collection to the shopping cart as an unregistered user, hit checkout, then create the new account on the checkout screen at the same time as inputting payment.

    That worked... what a mess. Go, EA! Woohoo!
