Does anyone remember WHERE chrissay had once said was a more direct Email to support ... that would get routed to "more effciently" to the server room/supervisor?
I don't remember it being a phone number.

The Chessie server is being moved to the EU, we don't believe this will have much of an impact. If your having an issue and can't log on try Sakura, if you have bad ping try Formosa and let us know your ping so we can continue to work on the problem.
lol... I wouldn't be a bit surprised if that hardware maintenance involved a physical move, but not to the EU...
Fayled Dhreams, Lord Gareth fired off an email to whatever sub-deities are in charge of things. Hopefully his plea for help will reach the right ears.
Wish i had come here first, i had just done a char transfer to chessy, went to try and login and cant. If they do a revert i'm screwed.

God I'd love to see what you all would have done back in the day when shards disapeared for days.
We did the same thing we do now. Complain about it! Well, complain and make characters on other shards. That was the normal routine... Chessy down again - time to visit LS, but we still complained!!
I'd bet the team, or Someone is all over this. They probably get an alert when something goes down, like Most companies have in place for a distribution network, and if a problem exists, I also bet a user somewhere has formally submitted it as a trouble call, rather than a just a comment post here on a forum in one of many fan-sites.
Do you Really Really expect a code writer, or artist to fix WAN problems(world wide), set permissions, licenses, and all that??
I'm not very computer savvy, but maybe let's all have a big group hug, click our heels together 3 times and chant "they're on it!" - think that will fix it?
