Not having any problems here..
I can't connect with UO Assist but I can by just clicking the UO icon on my desktop.
I got in game finally, but cannot get uoassist to load. tomorrow i will check out UO Assist info.....
nice to know i am not the only one tho....
I got in now and was using UOAssist to start. I did get a popup box with an error message about wrong server error, but I am in game with the account and on the right server with the character list ok, including last used one used.

if your patch fails, you won't be able to login.
things causing your patch fail include changing art files. solution is to restore your backup or reinstall
Any of you who downgraded the client to prevent the snow update (like myself) you will have to get a cgood client file so you can finish your patch. Without a full successful patch of this last version you wont be able to connect.
I have not added, deleted or changed anything in my UO folder.
Patching tells me that the was an "error during session." When I attempt to log in, with or without UO Assist, either the client hangs or I get "There is some problem communicating with Origin. Please restart Ultima Online and try again."
I can log in using the enhanced client but hate it so this is not an acceptable alternative.
Any suggrestions that might help me would be greatly appreciated.
Did you empty the patch folder?
What did the patchlog say?
Open "patchlog" in a text editor. It will say why the patch failed.
Yes Petra, I deleted the patch file several times, downlosding a new one each time.

Patch log ends at that "h". Since I have never manually altered any of my UO files I am at a loss as to how one could now contain incorrect information. I don't even know what that file is for. Help...
It thinks your client.exe file doesn't match. I don't know what to suggest short of re-installing.

I copied over a good client and it patched fine. Maybe someone should offer a client.exe for download?
I downloaded the classic client but view reinstall only a last resort...
I love UO and want my game. *cries*

Well now. I bit the bullet and reinstalled, after first renaming my original UO folder, in case I needed anything from it, like macros.
To my surpise and delight, using UO Assist to log in I actually logged in! All my macros are here and everything seems to be working normally. I am a very happy camper. rolleyes:
