Cannot Reactivate Account - Sorry. This page is currently unavailable

    I am trying to activate an account by credit card but it keeps telling me "Error! Sorry. This page is currently unavailable. Please try again later." when I try to submit my credit card information. I tried a different card and it gave me the same error. :(

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    I still have a week or two left before I reactivate the one account I have that is just holding a house but i'll give it a try early just to help out.

    Yes JC I got the same "error message." I couldn't even log into the account to re-activate it.

    Yeah, I heard of other people having issues, but I was able to activate an account earlier this morning. Billing server must be having issues.

    I have a friend who has been experiencing major lag issues for UO. There's a hop at SJC.ea which hangs on him a lot. I wonder if you guys are experiencing the same thing, but to the billing server.

    He doesn't even bother playing these days because of it.

    Try this and see if it works for you:

    1. Go to the Billing Info tab and use the link on that page to input your billing information, including credit card information.

    2. Once you've completed the process of updating this page under the Billing Info tab, go to the Subscription Info tab and click the "Reactivate Subscription" link. Select the billing frequency option you want. Then scroll down towards the bottom and make sure the credit card information is correct. (You will probably see your address information already entered for you but the credit card fields will be blank.) Press Okay on that page and the one that follows and wait for the confirmation that your subscription is active.

    oddly, JC, i got this message 100000 times today. I had to try 100000 things then a different card to get it to work. odd.

    I tried again a moment ago and it worked. I am glad it was not a persistent problem because my house decays in 2 days.
