Can't Get Into Own House with a Character

The same character I had a resist problem with earlier cannot get into my house now.

    The sequence of events was:

    1. Logged in and received a UO patch.
    2. Got on my character and went out and escorted and bought regs.
    3. Went back to my house and GOT IN where I put my regs away.
    4. Went out and tamed two polar bears and had them fight to get vet
gains. Not guilded so nothing happened.
    5. Released the polar bears and tried to get into my house. I couldn't
even get on the porch. It acted as if it was a private house.
    6. Freaked out and logged this character out in an inn.
    7. Logged onto another character and was inside my house which I
    am still the owner of.

Anybody have any idea what's going on?

Is the house in Fel? If so its b/c you had the bears fighting which is an agressive act, not sure what the timer is but thats prob the reason.

It will do that in Tram too in some cases. Not sure why.

Ya if you attack something blue, or a guildmate, it will rubberband you when trying to go on house steps.

That'd be my bet. You had your blue bears attack each other, so you went into the heat of battle... wait for it to time out and try again.
