The Damage Increase bonus is based on the caster's Chivalry skill, capped at 82% for PvM and 16% for PvP.
duration is affected by the caster's Karma and Chivalry skill

Note that this 82% isn't actually a bonus to the DI property (which is part of the base calculation), but to the final multiplier. Now there is also another special 15% bonus from Consecrete Weapon with max Chivalry, pushing you to 97%. Add a super-slayer or Perfection and you are nearly at the x3 (+200%) cap. If you use a regular (non-super) Slayer though, you don't get any additional bonus from EoO because you are already at the x3 (+200%) cap just with it.

I did some additional tests, comparing the damage output of Chivalry skill 100 and skill 120, I found the damage output had almost no difference although the EOO icon showed 64% bonus and 82% bonus. I am doing similar damage to the unbounded EV. I used Elemental slayer, and the base DI is 100%. I feel there is no need to reach skill 120.

Yeah 282% vs 264% of what... 10-20 base weapon damage, is going to end up being a pretty low number. Especially after resists. I honestly don't think you need to take it to GM even. I think 80 something is a number I have seen as the new min rather than 60.

At 120 Chivalry with EoO and Elemental Slayer (which is a super slayer) you do your Displayed Damage x 2.82 (or x 2.97 if Consecrete Weapon because of the additional 15%) , minus the target's resistances (if not AI).
Your Displayed Damage (in the stats gump) is likely much more than 10-20 since it does include your DI100, your Tactics bonus, your Anatomy Bonus and your STR bonus.

Note that if you just fight Unbounded EVs, an Air Elemental Slayer would allow you to reach the x3 cap without even using EoO (and you wouldn't take extra damage from the other mobs)

Now while I agree that when you do a lot of damage, a bit more or less may not seem much of a big deal, remember that it also ends up affecting what you leech. It is especially true for range weapons where Mana and Life leeches are halved.
