    As many folks I had problems fishing for Crabs. So much so i whould turndown any quest that had crabs in it. Then as if by luck i was reading and venting my self in uo hall when someone posted how they crabed, So I tryed it this is how it worked

    While on a boat moveing west to east (slow forward)I lyd down a string of traps usely 35 at a time its what my pac will hold {PS I started this at 95 skill }

    Once I layed down my string. I give the command Backwards and follow my string back to the first trap Usely the first Bobber starts its Bob

    I then start picking up all my traps (even those that dont Bob prevents trap loss)

    After picking up all traps I empty droping emptys back in my bug to restack and start all over agin

    At 95 I did the following pretty much all the time for 30 traps Traps lost 3 empty traps 10 unamed crab and lobsters 10-12 Leaveing the rest as named Seems to be a faster skill gain as well went from 95 to gm in 1 day.

    At gm 30 traps lost1trap, 9-12 empty ,still 10-12 unamed rest named

    I found this mush more easy than docking expecily with the skill gain .
    I did lay strings out that had as many as 50 pots the loss of pots to me didnt justafie the gain

    tips: timeing is imporatant traps close togeather are easy to pick up less loss
    slow forward is the way to go west to east I found easyest
    bring a bag or box or somthing for trash
    avoid the sever lines

    This was a average for me you might have a fast connection or some kind of macro I used the DC methiod. Try it you might like it and hope it helps
