DAMN... My Credit Card was charged the fee, but I did NOT recieve the product key..

    I placed the order, my card was billed, but i did not recieve an email w/ the key. Its been like 10 minutes too..

    When you complete an order on the origin site you get a summary and here you can also find the key. If I remember correct, you can also pick it from the order history...

    probably you should open a ticket to EA like you do with UO when something goes wrong...

    I noticed this a few weeks ago, the page loading up after your purchase wont show the code and mail did not come in - it took over 1 hour until the mail reached me
    Sometimes it seems their servers are overloaded...
    If you can wait 1 hour and it comes in, all good, if not see Tina's post..

    The key is located on the summary of your order. It does not say key on it or identify it as a key. Rather it is a long set of alpha numeric characters on the confirmation/transaction summary they give you. Calling support will do nothing but frustrate you on this as they dont know about this (BEEN THERE).

    Delbrie, somtimes there is no key on the summary, i had this several times, especially if you purchase 3 of the same item one after each other (since you cant buy more than one of the same item at a time) - so i had to wait for the mail...

    There is no record of the 3rd order in the summery/history link.. only 2 of the 3 orders show.

    I went through the same exact thing! It took me over a month to recieve my item. I spent hours on the phone, but the only real responses were actually through email. I bought the Gothic and Rustic packs as well as house teleporters and my promo codes were invalid, but I could make items, but all I got ws a chest of sending and the teleporter.. Took over a month, but I got my raised bed and the rest, good luck!
