Our guild has a greenhouse... I have 40 plants there myself.. I can no longer attend to the plants. Am I now have to become a co-owner just to tend to my plants in another person house?

There is a sticky thread at the top of the U-hall forum that talks about a house security bug - your issue could be a side-effect of the bug - or of the fix. I'd ask the owner or a co-owner to verify your access level - and the access level of the plants. If both are set to "friend" then you should be able to tend them.
