what quests a fishmonger gives you, or the quest rewards? I've been wearing 1300+ and not doing so well. Best so far is a 115 scroll, no charb stuff and the new hooks are rare. Books that can't be turned in are still coming my way. Anyone else having good or bad luck with wearing luck?

Luck only applies to loot off a creature. Items being armor, weapons and jewelry. Quanity of loot out of Shame and Quality of loot in Shame. Unique or side items Luck has nothing to do with right down to if Swoop will have a Spell Weaver scroll or bard instrument. Quest are like a backpack drop and there is no luck check on anything that pops in your pack.
