Is it possible to dry dock one of the large ships from High Seas?

edit: Specifically a ship that isn't mine (fel).

no, you can't steal a ship. You can scuttle it, board it and empty the hold, you can sail it to land and steal all the cannons, but you can't steal the boat. Sorry.

Last time I was careless enough to leave my ship in the waters of Siege Perilous I found the contents of my hold had been replaced by a ransom demand. (which I paid, although I could as easily have just replaced what had been 'salvaged')
