How do you recharge the uses on a talisman?
You need to use a runed switch. They are not often on vendors but can be crafted with the combined efforts of a tinker, alchemist, and scribe.
I don't mean to sidetrack the thread, but I wish that the same could be done with the soul stone fragments. Maybe use arcane gems?
Now you are just asking way too much.
Yeah I know, but hey might as well ask. One of these days I'll "throw a pitch that the Dev's will take a swing at"
Recharging SS frags would cause yet another major imbalance in the economy.
Full SS prices would be affected by the fact that everyone holding onto old frag tokens would be rich..
Do you comprehend?
SS frags were implemented for a reason.. there is no reason to upgrade them except to make token horders happy.
The folks that own ss frags aren't rich, the folks that sell them are. 4-5mil ea, seriously? Soulstones and frags are a tool to help players enjoy the game and give them the freedom to experiment with different character templates. I remember when skills were hard earned and could not be locked in.
Maybe SS Fragments were made as a counter to greedy Soul Stone vendors! Everything in this game isn't about the economy... this is a game, not some boring financial simulation program.
If I hear the terms "gold sink" or "game economy" again I think I'll vomit all over my keyboard.

Ha, I would have to say that I do not comprehend, what drivel.
People hording Soulstone Tokens would perhaps see their horded goods lose value, so what?
This isn't a dumb question at all. I've been wondering the same thing myself recently. I just haven't had enough of an urge to research it, and now I don't have to.
