EA Customer Süpport....

    i ordered a 180 GTC at the Gametime store saturday.... they gave me a Order Confirmation Number and i should get the code via mail. well i didn't get anything ... checked the spam folder ... no mail. waited a day than another and than i thought well maybe something went wrong and i ordered another one... same.... no mails not even one your order didn't work.

    so i tried to solve the problem at the chat support: was waiting for hours and than the person didn't want to really help me and gave me a link with a austrian hotline phonenumber... i tried the number and it didn't work i told him the number isn't working the answer i got was "It is there & in working condition, however you may contact any time with our phone support team later." thats it... so i tried it with mail.... didn't get an answer... just got a mail at my ea account question folder ..... in swedisch.... well i am austrian and talk german and english... but no swedisch... so i translated it, it told me i should check my spam folder!

    next i tried to find out if there is another support phone number in austria .... well there is one ... one you have to pay (€ 1,08 the minute).... but... it isn't working !!! well i wrote an email again still no answer!

    all i want is my ordered and payed GTCs!

    anyone an idea what else i can do?

    I'd say try that again, get someone else - if they don't want to help, immediately ask for their superior, or a different csr.
    and take notes (when, who, resolution, etc)

    Did you get any email at all? If so check the email closely. The code might be in there.

    usually the confirmation code and the game time code are in the same email
    scroll down in the email and look for another code that doesnt match the confirm code ( im guessing you received a confirmation code via email..if not, then ignore what i say lol)

    i didn't get a mail with this confirmation, and i didn't get a mail with the GTC and i didnt get a mail that something is wrong with my payment and there is no gametime on the accounts i ordered the gtcs with.

    and a friend of mine started UO again and bought one last thursday a 180 day GTC and got a mail with the code....

    they dont mail 90day gtcs anymore !

    That's what they say, and for 90 day gametime they do indeed add them automatically to the account you log in to UOGamecodes with - but not for 180 days gametime, despite what the site says, to quote the email I got on 23 September when I paid for a 180 day code :

    "Robert, Thanks for your order.

    Your Order ID is: UOGC-110923-**********. Please keep this ID number for future reference.
    The amount of $59.99, under "VTI*EA ULTIMA ONLINE" will be posted on your credit card.



    Instructions:
    1. Go to www.ultima-registration.com.
    2. Click on the "Edit Acct" link under Modify An Account.
    3. Login with the user name and password associated with your UO account.
    4. Click on the Game Time button.
    5. Verify that the Game Time code was applied.

    Entering that code on the accounts pages worked fine, and gave me the 180 days gametime - which was NOT automatically added to the account, as it does for the 90 day codes.

    If your account is already running on gtc it will be added to the account,

    if it runs on credit card currently or is inactive: an email is sent with code

    Again, that is NOT what happens with 180 day codes - the account I applied mine to still had several weeks of game time on it.

    A couple of days ago I bought a 180 day code and the key was sent by mail. My account was inactive at that time. The description saying that you don't get mailed is wrong.

    i still dont have the GTCs
    i still didn't get back a mail from EA support not to my 1st mail or 2nd mail
    i just wanted to try the live chat .... not available anymore for purchase issues.... all you can do is mail them and they promise you again that you get a mail back in 24 hours

    i am so ........ !!!!

    i feel kind of helpless.... no idea what else to do

    I had a similar issue a while back. Calling EA customer service at (866) 543 - 5435 got me to a live person that could help.

    I just had another thought. You have migrated your accounts, right? Have you looked at them to see what they say - what the expiration date says? (well, I think it's the 'next billing date' that they give you)

    my accounts are all migrated and yes i checked them... they are now all inaktive...
    and thats the new thing.... you can't see anymore when they went inactive...

    well i am not calling the US tooooo expensiv.... i am from austria *grins*

    Spamming them will result in opposite to desired effect, suggest you stop that.

    ok i just got the gtc mails... but not normal ones... they have the date 01.01.70 01:00 so they land at the end of your email list!!!

    got the tip on UOB


    so the problem is solved and i am happy again!!!

    Someone at mythic need to put a time() in thier date()

    that date was when unixtime started at 1, been accumulating seconds since,

    time() output current unix time

    while date() formats it to mortal time.

    in PHP terms anyways, differ slightly in other languages :)

    coding in time 101 for you all. :D

    But glad it worked out :)
