EA Support = Endless Agony

    What a pain in the rear end. I tried to buy legacy tokens on the game codes site only to receive the same "processing error" over and over and over. For two weeks I have tried. I needed the stupid tokens so that I could get soul stones becasue i used my rewards on LA prior to coming to Siege. So after spending 20 minutes jumping through menus to get to a live person, I had to spend 5 minutes trying to get them to put the right username in their computer because they couldnt understand english. I even spelled it phonetically for them. Then I get transfered to another person and spend 20 minutes trying to get my order through. Man I got a head ache now. No wonder people quit this game. the support from EA sucks and cant get a dev to even answer yes or no on a simple question like RoT. Some days I wonder if it is worth it.
     
  2. Their stupid website won't let some people buy anything, because EA sucks too much to run a simple website. I bought my token from uotreasures.com and they seem all right. I mean they used paypal so my credit card number was never exposed to them, and they delivered instantly. It did cost a little more.

    Really, it's pathetic. I'm buying from a third party because EA can't be bothered to fix their site.

    Yep, worst customer support I've EVER experienced in my life, even worse than the IRS. It is sad to say, and I'm sure the CS folks are good people, but their web site and GM service are just pathetic.

    EA - You really need to stop outsourcing your call center work. Spend a few extra bucks to get it done in the states. Also - no matter how many times he tells me, I'm pretty sure there are NO representatives named "John Stevens".

    Jeremy - If you want to entertain using a United States vendor for your call center work PM me. The company I work for can do a much better job.

    I don't see why anyone buys anything from uogamecodes.com anymore, except the 7th char/bank expansion.
    It's cheaper to buy gold (or the item themselves) from player brokers and there are a lot of problems with uogamecodes.com, like payment, delivery and customer service.

    The best way to get things like this taken care of, ie: outsourcing their customer support to foreign countries, is to make sure a tax is implied. They should be penalized and HARD. In my opinion they should be taxed twice as hard for going outside this country for customer support, this should not be allowed. in my opinion, this is nothing more than a scam done for big companies to "save dollars". shame on them..... American companies that do this to customers should be thrown into the black rift and left there to rot... To me, its like those that use the cheat programs, they know better but take the chance anyway to "save" time. Saving customers should be top on the list, period.

    My guild buys from www.UOStock.com and yea, paypal or credit/debt card and the transactions are secured and quick.

    Gamecodestore needs some work i think
