My sis was fighting monsters and got overloaded she was trying to leave when she got dismounted by a Cyclopian. she was able to leave and after empting her backpack discovered the ethy llama she was dismounted from was missing. Its not in the cyclopian area she though maybe it was in one of our four houses but she can not find it. She paged a GM to help find it. She DID NOT WANT IT REPLACED!! She has vet reward picks left. She even put a disclaimed in her page in capital letters to that effect and still all she gets is the canned BS message "We cannot replace lost or stolen item...bs-bs etc. Here's a novel idea: If you wanna keep customers EA how about actual customer service instead of customer NO SERVICE...and they wonder why they lost 1 Billion dollars last quarter.....well duh! Chrissay- How about you let some of the 8+ year Veteran players volunteer as GMs? We've been playing long enough that we know the game inside and out. You would only be out the time to train us. You would have better customer support and at absolutely NO COST to you! (say that part to the accounting people cause we accounting types love the phrases "NO COST", "FREE", "COMPLIMENTARY" and "SAMPLE" hehehe) Everybody wins!! Whadda ya say Devs? PLEEEEEEEEEEZE....No more canned responses!
