does the level of bushido i have affect the duration of nerve strike?

that is... is a 120 bushido nerve strike more effective than a 50 bushido nerve strike?

Im not sure about in pve but in pvp your skill in Bushido determines your chance to paralyze on hit with it ie: 50% @ 50 90% @ 120. Also it determined how much damage the target could take while paralyzed before the paralysis broke [(Bushido skill -50 )*3/14] + (0-10). It generally lasts about 2 seconds.

Thanks JoO. Also, does the level of bushido affect anything with Riding Swipe?
