Sitting in a dark corner of the cramped wagon, she attempted to control her breathing. She was used to being the one in charge. But, her current status as a prisoner afforded her with no such luxury, leeching all her will towards fending off the feelings of an overwhelming anxiety. A small hole in the ceiling revealed to her that it was well into late evening now.

Think, woman, think! Some judge you are turning out to be! Stop playing with your hair like a frightened girl. Use your wits!

A quick glance revealed a wagon full of citizens of Vesper from all walks of life. There were actors, sculptors, merchants, and even beggars. Little did she realize at the time that there were similar wagons transporting seemingly random, but carefully selected, bane prisoners all across Britannia. They had been on the road for what seemed like hours and she had lost all sense of direction. Suddenly, the wagon lurched to a screeching halt and she heard voices followed by heavy footsteps.

“Aeey, you there! Ged the prisoners out and lock em’ up. Onef the ‘ooded ones be’ere in a few days to ‘process’ em. I’ll see to gettin’ us some to drink.”

This is it, Liddie. Pull your skirt up and be brave. It is now or never! Clenching her fists and taking a deep breath, Judge Lydia Ironwood stood up defiantly...

    Date: Saturday, March the 19th.

Time: 3:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM EST.

    Location: Castle Britannia Throne Room.

This Was a Disaster! Its only value was as a Model of What NOT to do in the Future!

A Griefer was present even before Event began, and made clear his intention to Grief. GM was immediately Paged.

Prisoners were not invulnerable to attack and Griefer(s) killed almost all of them. NPC Prisoners were wrong type or improperly set as they would not allow escorting to debrief zone.

Only 2 Prisoners made it to debrief zone yet Rewards ran out after 1st was given out.

Only after Event ended did GM Page respond with canned reply.

Some were apparently told EM would answer questions at EM Office, many others either never learned this or learned it so late EM left as they arrived.

OOC: You know it does suck that griefers where there and spoiled the fun for the masses. I wasnt there for lack of wanting to be, but unscheduled events in RL. I feel for you that not everything was planned that this would be a 100% success. I know Im not part of the BRPA, but planning on fixing that. I will give you an IC interpretation of my Bane Sympathizer.

IC: Satia, Bane Sympathizer. Tis a good thing most of the prisoners dinot escape. I would rather see'm all parish before goin bout tellin secrets they may have over heard. T'think many follow the virtues but not no'in how t'go bout doin.

Tis all lies, the virtues. Enslavin us all to beliefs not ur own.

OOC: ok yea has some work but you get the general idea. dont put this event down as a total failer, it can have some good IC points about the bane killing the prisoners rather than having them go free.

It was announced in General chat and by Captain Jenkins with OOC brackets. Close to 30 people immediately made their way to the EM office. Three came towards the end.

Also, I did not run out of the token rewards. I simply could not find the bag at the time as I had placed something on top of it by mistake.
