Dont see it
ZOMG! The choices R so many! I R confused...
BTW, does the brittle arties have peanuts? If so, i'm all in...
I dont see a..
"Add a Special Blessed/Insurance System so thieves cannot steal them"
This Poll is biased from a Thiefs Perspective..
(And yes I voted)
If you voted for brittle, they can be Siege blessed whereas cursed cannot.
Btw, isnt it *Biased* To add the Brittle to so many of the Options, as that is something You came up with and has yet to have a Vote on weither or not we should even consider it an option to Vote on in the First place?
Instead of brittle artifact, I think making the drop rate in the gauntlet higher would suffice. Along with bringing back tokuno.
No, it isn't biased, as I gave plenty of options that have nothing to do with them. It would be biased if I didnt include cursed or lowering faction artie prices, or keeping faction artie prices the same.
Can have a front page that doesn't have LOL FACTIONS LOL spammed all over it?
You people ****ing disgust me.
Play the game!
Tokono is included in the consideration for increased drop rates.
Just increasing Gauntlet drop rates without the removal of faction artifacts will keep the game unbalanced. Everyone needs to farm them at the same difficulty, imo.
If there hasn't always been unbalanced things in this game I'd agree. Along with this: its more helpful to average players that faction arties stay the same. I can't afford to run faction gear, much less have to pay for the artifacts I'd use at the rates the wealthy would have them at when I start pvping again. I'm a fairly decent pvper as a mage, so I won't die as easily as the average or beginner. Those people would end up paying for the change in reality. It may not be balanced, but its a hell of a lot easier to just keep them in.
Wayyyyy to many options to get any kind of conclusive answer. You have one poll for two COMPLETLY different topics.
If you want any kind of proper conclusive outcome you have to make two polls. Both with simple answers so there is no room for interpretation.
Lower faction cost?
Yes or no
Introduce cursed arty spawn to gauntlet?
Yes or no
That way you can get easy results with no way to have differentiating opinions.
Does this mean that He has made himself and his poll Biased, by trying not to be biased?
Keep trying. Maybe one day you'll be right.
I believe he has made the outcomes very diluted. Which could then be flipped to say only (insert some random percentage) of the community really want a reduction in silver. Ultimately giving no clear answer to the problem.
Okay.. Isnt It Biased in the Fact that From your Opinion the Previous Poll was *Biased* And cant be used an Example of % of people who want X or Y
And you had to make new Poll which included Options (Which will affect the overall outcome) that No one outside yourself really stood behind with any kind of conviction.
No, it is very easy to add up all the poll results and come to proper conclusions.
If 4 options were for reducing faction artie prices, though they have other stipulations attached to them option, you can still add them all together to determine what percentage want this. There is nothing cryptic about this poll, it is very straight forward, with all combinations expressed.
Currently there are 4 votes to lower prices, and 3 to remove faction arties.
Don't stress yourself over it. If nobody supports it, it will be reflected in the poll results. Thats what polls are for, after all.
Honestly....artifacts were always supposed to be "semi-rares" that took some skill and effort (or a lot of gold) to get. Increasing the drop rate devalues them to the point where they're just normal items and everybody "needs" them to compete, if anything I'd say the arty drop rate is too HIGH with the new system. (now it may only take a few days to drop the item you're looking for...instead of a month or two). My ideal solution would be to revert to the old luck system for paragon/doom arties and remove faction artys. (obviously don't delete existing ones, just remove the faction donation chests). This would allow more people to pvp as you can once again stand a chance in suits with less than 3 arties.
You really don't know what you're talking about, do you? Making it harder to get good gear isn't gonna make it easier for people to pvp. If anything it gives those who are wealthy an insane advantage in gear. Seriously, where the hell did this idea stem from? I hope to God you're just trolling.
Like almost all thieves.. a Basic Understanding of PvP, Game Mechanics, and Pvp Balance eludes her..
*She has a Uo Thief in comment.. Which is why Im guessing thief lol
But, but, haven´t you heard that people are entitled to running the best gear all day everyday without putting any real effort into it?
Wait for the new ranking system to be put in.
In the mean time, stop bickering about this ****ing topic and try to get tots and cursed arties put in.
If you disagree with the above statement, you don't know what UO2010 is about, nor how a non-insurance shard works.
Don't make me start quoting my wall of text (logic), because it pwns every argument made PERIOD about this beat ass topic.
Where are tokuno arties? Where are increased ML arty drops? Where are better loot drops for high end non-boss creatures? Where are increased peerless ingredient drops? Where are increased imbuing drops?
This poll is a total fail.
Can either of you two please tell me why nobody really spent any time in Doom (even before faction artifacts)?
I'm totally convinced this *screw the scrubs on Siege* roadmap you've jotted down is going to bring back PvP!!! Yeah, dude!!! Let's watch all of you try and PvP in GM armor again. I'm sure that will totally bring Siege back to life.
Here's another suggestion to throw into the pot.
Suppose we take the Armslore bonus addition that Siege has and ask for it to also apply to imbuing? ie, Siege crafters with GM armslore can break the 500 cap by a small percentage? Thus allowing crafted/imbued armor to more closely compete with faction artifacts and boosting our crafters into the bargain.
Looks like a nice catch to me, Drax. Or was that Nym´s castle?
Nyms of course.
How comes you didn't answer my question.
Wouldn't you want more runics and ingredients (peerless and imbuing) to craft more?
Well, don´t know the amount of Doom artifacts on Siege so can´t say how much time people have been spending there thoughout the years.
But if you´re looking for me to say that people don´t run the Gauntlet daily then yes, they don´t.
