Good evening. How do I proceed from here? Like dozens of times before I ordered a gametime code from the official store. It accepted my credit card and everything, but I didn't get the code. I also received a confirmation mail regarding my order. The shop system tells me something like "order is pending". I want my code and I want it now. It's a digital "item", I'm not in the mood for waiting hours and hours (it's been more than 5 hours I've been waiting I think). It doesn't make sense. I'm sure they'll deduct the money from my credit card, that is more than reason enough to hand over the desired gametime code. Is it possible to contact someone? (btw.
