Do you need 50 hci on your items to reach the cap or only 45?

Only 45% on items. 5% is a racial permanent bonus.

i think you can go to 50 and get 55% total. not sure if the bonus is intended to go beyond the cap.

50% is cap for gargoyles. Item cap is 45% for everyone no matter what race you are.

Sure seems like gargoyles can do this =[, Pvp has sucked (imo) since 90% of the archers converted to throwers.

Yeah, I converted most of my dexers to these as well... Honestly it's a waste to make a unique character when you can so much damage from such a great range with out having to really use much mana or skill. Why put in the effort ya know?

They need to add more throwing weapons and drop the damage range of soul glaives.
