Getting in-game help...not possible

    I have been trying for 3 days to get a GM to respond to a help request on Oceania, With a total of about six hours game time wasted just standing around.

    Either sack your GM's on Oceania or hire some if you haven't got any.
    I don't care how low the population is on oceania we still need it to be monitored so we can get help if needed.

    The GM's will respond immediately if they consider the problem worthy of their attention. Its all about how you word your message. To get a fast response you may want to reconsider the words you have used to ask for help

    If you tell us what the problem is we'll try to help you word your request. If you're very lucky we might even know the answer without a GM's intervention,

    Did you also check the email associated with account? If they try to contact you and you are not online it will send an email letting you know. Also what timezone? I may be wrong EA usually works on GMT -1 for support?

    It's not a matter of life and death but still something that I need a GM to do, i was awarded a plaque for winning a house deco comp. and have moved house. I just need the plaque moving. Not important to a GM but important to me.

    They will help, your issue is GM-typical. I had comparable issues and they answered within 1 hour.

    Try paging when it's the middle of the day in the US on a weekday, see if that gets you better results

    Who placed the PLAQUE, you or EM/DEV? If it was a EM/DEV you may have to ask the Dark Lady for help as a GM might not be able to move it.

    this isnt an "everyday" fix. i would expect a couple months. if you know who originally placed the plaque you are better off contacting that person.

    I would cancel the request and redo it.

    If it takes more than an hour, I'd then email the person who placed the plaque and Mesanna (if she wasn't the one that placed it).
