Seriously, after working these skills for days, for hours, they don't raise a .1. WTF?

And no, I'm nowhere near my stat cap.

  2. I agree. I can attempt to work poisoning every few days and it still takes many many attempts to get a gain IF I get one at all. [IMG]

  3. I happens to me with crafting skills sometimes : I have to do several attempts before getting the GGS point.

  4. There is a range of ninjitsu in which you can't gain training on a horse with focus attack and can only gain with shadow jump or by equipping jewlery to be over the minimum skill for death strike and using that. It's been this way since they lowered the minimum skill for focus attack, they know about it but nothings been done.

Not sure what to tell ya with poisoning, I haven't trained it since the last lot of changes but did before that and gained fairly easily up to 80 (which is all ya really need) just poisoning one dagger over and over on the spot, took like 2-3 days from 50. Moving around tends to lose your gain spot.

I'm currently working ninjitsu (again) and sometimes there is a huge wait between gains but then it tends to gain 3x in a row.

Dunno if any of that helps but there it is!

No, they only have this. And the package isn't childproof. [IMG]

Now all we need is a pain pill for RoT. *nods*

Yeah raising lockpicking is tough as well. The metaphorical equivalent of long straining sessions on the porcelian throne. But hey, raising that Anatomy skill is like after a extra spicy enchilada dinner.

Silly Kelmo, we don't need a pill when we have these.

Ninjitsu i agree with, poisoning wasn't that hard for me, i trained it twice in a week, once to GM and again to 85....

I find that the closer my char is to total skill cap (720 for me) the flakier GGS is. If I keep my total skill to under 450 I get a GGS within 1 - 6 attempts and often on the 1st failure as well.

  14. The GGS has been very consistant for me. There is a longer wait time based on the individual skill level that you are trying to raise and the total amount of skill points you have. It is explained here.

  15. well for poison what is the level you are at and what are you doing to raise it ive noticed a lot of people forget you can gain through the infect weapon special now and waste a lot of time and poison trying to get gains
