I know a lot of people rip on EA's customer service (heck I've even complained about it..), but this morning I had a good experience, so I think it's fair to also make a post about that. I had a problem with some veteran rewards in my house. I paged a GM, within 10 minutes one contacted me (Visrias), he (or she) was very polite, solved the problem within 1 minute and even showed up ingame and left with some fancy lightning. No referral to a website or anything, just solved it. Excellent .
