Have I missed the UO Producers update?

Discussion in 'UHall' started by imported_UOPODCASTING.COM, Mar 4, 2008.

  1. I recall a couple months ago the new UO Producer introducing himself.

When heckled from the crowd that we wouldn't hear from the UO Producer again until the next one started, he responded that he would give an update on the direction of UO and communicate more regularly than his predecessors.

For the life of me I cant find that communication and therefore am asking if anyone can point me at the thread with his communication about the direction of UO.

I mean is it to much to ask for answers to the following:

    1. Is SA still on the radar, I dont want specifics, all I wont is yes we are still developing it?
    2. What plans does he as producer have for UO?
    3. What direction do they want to take the game?
    4. Where will it be in 12 months from now, as in, will we have two clients or one client, is the 2D client going to be end of life'd?

He seemed like a nice guy and I wouldn't have taken him as lying to me when he said he would do those things and 2 months later it would appear he hasn't, so I guess I just missed it and therefore hope someone can point me at his thread.

    Cheers

  5. Thanks, that was who I was talking about.

Sadly it lacked any information about the direction of UO and whether SA is still being developed.

But hey, at least he continued the fine tradition of EA employees by saying a whole lot about nothing.
