@Mesanna I see no way in the account management screen to turn of the subscription auto-renew. I've been through all the screens and don't see the option. The current billing cycle renewed automatically for another 6 months when it should not have, and now I have two 6-months billed for the next full year on my credit card. I'll let this go for this charge, but no again. How do I stop this, without having to protest the charges with my credit card company?
