    I'm trying to re activate my subscription but i cant.. I press OK , i get no success text or fail text. It just refreshes the same page. what is the problem?
     
  2. I think I had that issue too, and it was an incorrect password. I had to have them email it to me, then it worked fine. But I could be totally off base because I seem to have left my brain in my other body today...

    It was saying "Error ! We were unable to process your bla bla.." now it just refreshes. i will get crazy

    is it at the screen that you enter your credit card info? i have the same problem if my card doesnt have the credit available to pay for the month, i submit and it just refreshes with no error msg. check the balance on the card your using and make sure ya got at least 20 dollars available.

    Are you sure? I had 13 usd in my card. I will try to add 7 more. I hope it works. I can't even edit Billing info...

    If your bank card only has $13 you've got bigger problems than not being able to log into UO.

    had the same issue before ( no error page or success page, just refresh's the current page), then just went through the same process but with a different browser, worked fine with the other browser for some odd reason...

    Try to delete the temporary Internet files. Which browser do you use?

    but i have just realized that when i enter a "wrong" expiration date , it gives me error. but it just refreshes when everything is okay..

    Others may be suggesting that you try Internet Explorer.

    I might suggest that if you have any add on's that act as a blocker, such as NoScript, then you may want to either disable the Blocker(s) or tell them that *caugh* the website is a trusted site.

    Everything should be secure. Other players occasionally have to call EA in order to pay their fees or purchase things from the Codes Store, and I haven't personally ever heard of any foul play.

    I've been paying my monthly fees by Credit Card for years and never had any problems. :)

    You do realise it takes around 3 days to add funds to your bank? Until that money is there you won't be able to activate your subscription. I'm also assuming you aren't from the US, as your English isn't great, so you may have to pay more than $13 USD per month depending on your currency and the exchange rate.
