I'd like to know how others are getting in game support handled. Specifically getting a GM to re-deed an item. Last night my wife was unable to re-deed a boiling cauldron. She did everything other players recommended, unlocking the item, double clicking the item, smacked it with an axe. She figured it was time to page a GM. We've had issues in the passed with mouse holes deleting themselves so she figured she'd ask for that too! Paged a GM, got a canned response, got the gm to talk in the chat with another canned response, then got another canned response. 4 hours and no help. So I decided to call ea support, got sent to an EA website and was told to go to the forums, only took 40 minutes for that. Low and behold another attempt, a day or two later, finally got the boiling cauldron re-deeded by a well placed smash with an axe. Of course the system message came up with the item has been destroyed, amazingly enough the deed was placed in the players backpack. So far I'm half way to victory, one item down and one to go. I refuse to smash the mouse hole with an axe to attempt to re-deed it and risk destroying another mouse hole. What steps do I take to get the mouse hole re-deeded? Knowing that an item cannot be replaced what methods have you taken to successfully re-deed an item with a history of disappearing when attempting to re-deed it with an axe? Sorry if this is a bit "ranty" coming from an unsatisfied customer, but after 5 hours of getting no where and being told specifically to go to the forums I decided to come here.
