Hey dev's ...Help button broken

    or no one's answering my page,its been a week and if i go to help it still ask if i want to canel pending request

    I believe that option is always there like a default button.

    Cancel pending request is always there, even if you don't have an active help ticket open. Sometimes it can take a few hours or even a day to get back to you :| But even if you logoff your ticket stays open, so if it's something that can be fixed without you being online a GM can still help you, but if you need to be present it may be a while...I suggest wording your text carefully so that they can give priority if it is something that needs immediate attention.

    Actually I've cancelled pages before but it still went through and I got a support email. Sooooo that doesn't work either.

    No wonder no one plays, so much griefing go on and no one does anything about it.

    I've gotten some as fast as a few minutes. I think they can pick and choose, and the wording can matter.

    That cancel button is always there, you have to re-page after you log

    You do not have to re page before you log out. The ticket stays open. I have paged in the past and logged out and gotten emails the following day if they didn't respond while I was in game.
