Since now this process is automated and might be done in weeks instead of years, I was wondering, what exactly you're letting run through this algorithm.

Just the current tileset of the EC as is?

Or are you upscaling the literally everything from the CC anyway?
Like the original paperdoll and equippables?
    The original dragon graphics?
    The original demon graphics?
All the gump graphics (containers like backpacks, corpses, pouches) and spellbook graphics?

I definitely wouldn't mind, if a lot of the old stuff would make it's comeback. Sure, I like the EC and never would go back again, but I also had to compromise and accept all that new looks. As of today I'm pretty used to the new graphics.
Also I have to admit, that some of the new art is far superior than the old one, for instance take the cu-sidhe. The CC version is just plain crap. Maybe the design is quite ok, but the implementation, tghe drawing itself is poor. The EC graphics of the cu on the other hand is quite awesome!
But hey, if I could choose between old and new graphics, both on high-res-level...

Since everything is automated, it maybe wouldn't hurt to upscale everything and put it into the EC. The icing on the cake would be, that there would be a config, where people could configure, which of the two gfxs the client should use for a certain item. 100% customizable. That would be awesome.
