[Throwing] hit chance penalty to throwing with shield

    heard some news that penalty will be reduce when using a shield with high parrying skill
    any one know the formula?

    I don't know the formula but it doesn't reduce it to zero. Even 10% hit chance penalty is a huge disadvantage.

    Corwin is right. I can't find a formula on Stratics or UO Guide. All I can find is a thread were someone states it's -10℅ chance to hit in the final equation. It's NOT -10 HCI but -10 to total chance.
