My friends mom asked us that when we were.... never mind.

How high does necro have to be to never fail wither? Can I get away with 80, 90?

My "non pvp" necro mage spawner wants to know.

Magery med eval necro SS wrestle resist. I would like to 120 SS wrestle eval and resist in that order.

    Thank you

I'd say 105 - this allows 100% chance of casting wither and every other necro spell below it, you'll still fail casting rev's, exorcism and vamp form, but in pvm, ev's are a better alternative in my opinion, even if you fizzle your still able to cast vamp form, exorcism has no bearing outside of fellucia champ regions and for collecting Magencia threads.

  5. Minimum skill +40 gives 100% success for Necro spells. The minimum skill is in the book.

    For Wither its 100.
    For Strangle its 105.
