How long do I wait for Customer Service?

    I made a purchase back on Saturday night of two codes from the Origin store. One code worked, the other, for a housing and bank bump, did not. This is the latest email, below, after already having made six phone calls and two PMs. It was only a $19.95 item, but its not working. The other code, for a pen of wisdom, entered into the game fine, with said item popping into my backpack right away.

    Yes, you will see below that two additional codes were issued over the phone, and none of the codes have worked. Any others having this problem?

    Other people are having this same issue with storage increase codes. Some have even had the customer service people try to apply them to their accounts and it still not working. They have been moved to a higher tier support, but no word yet on whether they have gotten anywhere with it.

    Others are having the issue of not being able to make a purchase at all from the origin store.

    The only thing I can think of is to maybe PM Mesanna about the issue. Maybe if everyone does then they can get it looked at. I also sent a tweet to Jeff about the store issues, and he said they will look into it so they can try to get it fixed.

    Thanks for your info.

    I had a PM from Mesanna a couple days ago, and I've sent her three, but my guess is the publish demands more attention with whatever things happen with that...heck, even real life can get in the way, but I would have thought this kind of bug wouldnt even exist.

    Are you trying to use these codes while you are in the game. If I remember right you apply the codes (7th char and storage) to the account page, not in-game.

    Frodo, you have done what none of four people at customer service could do...tell me how to get it done.

    Now, I will say this, the first 48 hours the code I was using was coming back as INVALID when doing it at the account page, but doing it just now it worked.

    All HAIL FRODO!

    Please consider my trouble ticket closed so as George Carlin would say, "Now I can go get more stuff."

    Do not feal bad I did the same thing with the same codes a while back. LOL
