Hybrid Sampire thoughts

    I been fiddling with making different types of PvM warriors wether they are Sampires or whatever fun names. Any thought of why this would or would not work?
    120 ninja
    99 Necro
    120 resist
    120 bush
    100 Swords
    61 Chiv
    100 LJ
    100% Damage Increase
    200ish Stam
    1/6 Casting town buff to 2/6
    Enemy Of One
    Consecrate Weapon
    2x Slayer
    Would this achieve max damage
    I'll only be using Focus attack and mirror Images with an Ornate Axe at Max Swing 52% Mana Leech 50 Stam Leech 50dmg inc Slayer 30ssi
    Also if I don't go the slayer route I could drop Necro and go Tactics and put life leech on weapon

    You're nowhere near max damage. You're at less than half of your max damage.

    A few comments. You got no anatomy or tactics except maybe human joat. 100 tactics in place of 100 lumberjack would do more damage.
    Chiv doesnt work like in the old days anymore. You need around 81 to have a 100% proc chance for consecrate and 84 to get a 50% damage modifier.
    However perfection + super slayer would reach 300% damage modifier cap.
    Also for ornate axe you still need 55 ssi and 180 stam for 1.25 sec swingspeed.
    I just dont get the point of that temp, yes one can play using only focus attack, lighting strike and momentum strike, should actually be enough to level spawns in vamp form while chopping a few trees inbetween.
    Out of all the possible combinations, i would consider dropping lj for ss and playing human char for 20 anat,tactics,lumberjack. There you got your odd build if you wanted one.

    See now..I was under the assumption that 300% was max. And when u add in perfection/super slayer/enemy of one/100% damage increase it would in fact hit that. Either I'm highly misinterpreting uoguide and how damage output works. I understand tactics/anatomy add damage..but if it's already capped..isn't it just wasted?

    Im surprised how often that discussion pops up, even from veterans.
    There is one damage calculation that does involve your weapon base damage,str,tactics,anat,lumberjacking and di from items ( which is capped at 100%). That result is what is seen on your stat window as weapon damage.
    Then there are damage modificators, like eoo, perfection,slayer, stone form and a few minor ones. These can add up to 200% damage, your final damage cap is 3x what is displayed as your weapon damage in your stat window. Both calculations are separate, and got separate caps.
    One way to increase your final damage again is by using lumberjacking, it adds a certain chance to increase your base weapon damage for a single hit, giving you a bigger number to look at .

    Items and equipment = 100% DI
    Slayers, spells, Honor = 300% DI
    Skills/Stats = do not fall under either.

    Max damage is from reaching the maximum in all three of those categories at the same time. For example; 120 Tactics, 120 Anatomy, 150 Str, 100 Damage Increase and a single Slayer. The weapons base damage is the only other factor besides the opponents resists (which would always be variable), axes even with LJ do not surpass a Heavy Crossbow.
