Okay it's new to me but maybe not to ya'll. I was buying a blank recall rune and the mage guildmaster's list included Convert Mage Armor. What's that mean? What does it do? How long has it been there?

Because unless it is to remove mage armour, the item at hand needs to have an imbuing slot free, so it can only have 4 properties, be them whatever or resists to have space to add nage armour.
Yes, that is effing dumb, since it costs 250K already to add or remove it.

It's one of the many "improvements" made to the crafting systems in the last few years...:wall:

its technically better than when mage armor was able to be imbued. adding mage armor has always been a novelty mod used for characters that need med but want to where a non-med armor piece. Since the change, you can technially go much higher weight than in the past when it was an imbue property.

awesome improvement in my opinion. the majority of artifact armor comes with the mage armor property already on it so there is little need to add it, while the ability to removed it is essential for most dexters. excellent system. easy, simple but versatile. nail was hit on the head with this improvement at least.

It would be better if it could be added or removed at will, though.
No point in needing to have an imbue slot open to let it to be added to the armour. Dexxers will remove it on sight anyway.
