Sorry in advance, Im stuck as to what to even search for to find the answer to this problem im having... I know its been answered before (and i know i knew the answer before!).

I've just logged onto a character for the first time in a while and I cant work out why his physical resist is 15 less than the sum of his armor's physical resist.

I dont have any buffs applied according to the little bit that shows them. I've been toggling protection, armor ignore, magic reflection, wraith form etc...

Can anyone help me out here?

    Thanks

I believe its the protection spell that you're under. Recasting it on yourself should fix it.

Protection is off, when I activate it it takes me down another 15 points - i.e. 30 below my armors stats

If you have negative physical when all armor/jewels are removed, you may be bugged. Protection is the only thing I know of that produces negative phys, but if its not that, I'm at a loss. If you think your character might be bugged, contact a GM and have him check your character info to see if something is stuck.

Protection lowers your Physical Resist by 14 and Magic Reflection lowers it by 24. Other than that, don't think there's anyelse that could be it.

looks like it was a bug, just had a GM come and give me a "tingle" and now its all better...

    Thanks for the heads-up

You must NOT have said you LOST 15 points of resist. If you had you would have gotten the canned response, "we cannot replace lost items."

I called a GM a couple weeks back to remove two water troughs beside my house, one on the ground, the other about third floor height. After a long wait I got a message telling me they couldn't help me and got directed to a webpage giving the list of what they can & cannot do. I muttered in disgust and finished what I was doing downstairs & then went up to tend plants on the upper floors. I went to refill my water bag and suddenly realised the mid-air trough I had been filling the pitchers from was gone. I went back downstairs to make a trough and the ground level one was still there.

The website list says a GM can't change the landscape for a player. Apparently this is why only the mid-air one got rmoved but the one on the ground got left.

I would think that a stray locked down item wouldn't count as 'landscape'. Explains the deco lockdowns & Heralds you run across so many places.

Hopefully whoever declared deco lockdowns were 'landscape' has been promoted somewhere out of the decision-making process at EA. :)
