I only received this on 2 out of 7 active accounts. Each of the active accounts that did NOT receive the free game time were logged on to Atlantic during the revert time frame. Two of which own a house on Atlantic, but did not receive the free game time. 2 out of 3 accounts who received the time were on the same master account. The other 4 were on different master accounts. I have not contacted any GMs or the support team as of yet. Has anyone else already discovered their free game time? I am wondering if they are adding it one account at a time, or if this is all I will receive. Players who know me, know I was greatly effected by this revert. Even so, I am still hopeful, and I have faith in Mesanna and the UO Staff to do the best the can in a bad situation. I do hope after everyone has been helped to the best of their ability, they will clarify what went wrong. I can only imagine how terribly upset they are particularly this close to Christmas.
