In the Heat of Battle

    I know for a fact this was brought up before, but it happened to me tonight and it's horribly annoying.

    I was wearing reflect damage armor, got attacked and killed by another player at a champ spawn, and could not use the gate in the star room because I was in the heat of battle.

    Seriously, when you're a ghost that timer shouldn't exist.

    It's frustrating but then considering that it only needs to take about 30 seconds to return to a fight fully geared and equipped it suddenly makes sense. And for folks who die frequently it's probably a lot more of a pain than for those who die every couple of days.

    Yeah, reflect damage armour really needs to be looked at as far as getting you flagged as the agressor when the other person attacked you. For those that are wondering, If your wearing reflect damage armour and someone attacks you it reflects some of the physical damage back to the person attacking, except the reflected damage hits first so you get flagged as the one who started to fight, meaning you can not go into a house, moongate, or flee via recall or sacried journey from battle.

    It's about time they put in a timer and be done with it..
    5' and you can rez, end of story. No small details shortening or lengthening that time.. Something like that.

    On that thought of marked starting the fight. Can you also get a murder count if they die?

    If you Have Reflect physical on, a blue can attack you in guardone if they hit YOU get guard whacked!!

    If outside YOU will get the count!!

    The timer is fine, an annoyance yes, but fine. Reflect Physical needs to be looked at, it should reflect after the incident (how can it pre-emptively reflect damage that hasnt yet hit?)

    Even if your dead and was marked as the aggressor, you can't use moongates or go into houses until the timer goes away. I think the timer goes away if the person your flagged to leaves the server your on (ie crosses a server line) or you kill the person. I'm sure it was implimented for a good reason, maybe to cut down on people running out of moongates, houses, or stealth mode attacking someone and if it starts to go bad then they would teleport away or run into a moongate or house (If you plan on picking a fight you better be able to back-up your actions).

    This issue with reflect physical armor is one of the dumbest parts of the game.

    How can something refelct the damage back without it being hit first? Or does this just make too much sense?

    Personally there should be no heat of combat when you are dead.. why? cause you are dead, combat is over. Also I play this game to PvP only and I pay for 6 accounts, so why should i have to wait 2 minutes after I die to get back into playing.

    If I wanted to play a care bear game I would live an play in Tram.

    RPD is just awful, useless, dumb, terriblows, superbad, omgwtfwow, get rid of it! OR OMG FIX IT?!

    When I get an RPD mod on armor I just toss it in the salvage bag.

    RPD is so bad that I sometimes wipe my Cu's butt with it and then throw it at people to paralyze them.

    RPD is so bad that I once made an RPD suit and it ganked me.

    RPD is so bad that I heard when left on the ground, the server automatically recognizes how bad it is and deletes it before someone can pick it up.

    RPD is so bad that if you actually use it, you don't have to use insurance.
