I've heard there is an inscription quest for new players that gives you an undead slayer spellbook.. is this true? If so where can I find this quest and do I have to be 'young' to get it?

Also, what exactly are these 'super' slayer spellbooks I hear so much talk of? Are they rare?
What's the true difference between them and normal slayers?
    Thank you for your time.

Ok yes there is an inscription quest and any char that has less than 50 skill points in inscription can take it, you will find the NPC on the second floor of the mage building in new haven, and yes you get an Undead superslayer spellbook as reward.
