Lets say I was 100 bushido and 100 swords and 100 parry would I be harder to hit without a shield or with? would shields only be useful with say 100 swords 100 parry and 100 chivalry?

Bushido is meant to use 2h weapons. It's OK to use a 1h weapons, but no shield. Having bushido, and wearing a shield, is not advisable.
