According to this...if I'm reading it correctly, then its
possible to have 466.25% damage increase. That is if my
Tactics is 100.0, my Anatomy is 100.0 and I have
125 strength? I'm assuming that if I have higher
Tactics, and higher Anatomy AND jewelry that gives
me higher Strength that the percentages still don't
    go above: 68.75%, 55% and 42.5%?
I'm sure there must be a different way the damage
increase applies to players as opposed to NPC's
and monsters? Or is it the same?
If this information is outdated, then can someone
point me in the right direction? It seems amazing to me that the Damage Increase cap is 466.25%.

    Thank you for your attention.

Hmmm. While on the subject of "caps" according to this does dexterity not play a role in Swing Speed Increase?

Damage Increase is capped at 300%

Swing Speed is only indirectly based on dexterity, since higher dexterity means higher maximum stamina.
