Key to the cities and Factions

    So far the progression to improve ingame content for Factions is evasive.

    I suggest replacing the sigil stealing and recapture system with the
    keys of the cities.

    Let there be seven keys stored inside locked containers of each of the Faction
    cities. Let these keys be guarded by some spawn of guards of controlling
    Faction.
    Collect these keys within some count down timer, just like the keys collected
    in other dungeons.
    Click on the keys and final spawn shows, kill spawn equals controlling the city.
    New keys placed inside containers of that city.
    No idea about treasure drop...This is not to replace Champion spawns.

    Of course, the controlling Faction could notice these events and intervene.

    Dont like the idea sounds to much like pvm to me.
    I will agree factions need a boost, but i dont like this idea

    dont go messing with tradition dangit, they just need a revamp. make crafters in factions useable again, ie carpenters that can build siege machines and barricadesfor defenses and a counter to pets. special faction items such as boats that can battle, perhaps your cannons could be converted to be placeable and cause damage. tailors/carp/tinker stuff that works in combination with ea other etc.

    Faction action is mostly invisible to the general non-faction players.
    I just wanted to see the Factions in action fighting...right now it is just
    private affair. I thought this key to the cities idea would make the Factions
    appear to the public. I wanted more action in the old cities...not just during
    live events.

    As for players on ships... there have been over 3 years of being on the open
    seas and I never see anyone out there. An useful cannon will only be used
    for PvMing. I just spent this last week traveling about Britannia and not one
    ship moving... I know where two ships are moored... but that is it.
    By the way, I use a ship because I stoned Magery...
    Cannon blast... maybe Blackrock explosive shells...oh... never mind..
    you need Magery or Necromancy for that...

    Forget cannons for ships... cannons were used on land first... and siege
    machines allow entrance to buildings...I almost shrilled with joy when the
    ladder showed up on SP... but a ladder does not let ppl into private buildings.
    I hardly think developers will let us blow doors off the hinges, even if we
    have carpenters and tinkers who could do repairs.

    Well, forget the keys... you stuck with what you have...

    Possibilities, but nope...

    It is strange... but the most likely big change could be the guardzone may
    be gone... permanently... on SP.
