i always said he was garbage from the beginning. i hate that guy.
Agreeing with JC on this one. He's a garbage can. Arlovski looked like crap in his fight too. He is my favorite heavy weight but jesus, lazy fight.
was thatthe new fights on ABC ?
I heard about them being on but I didn't know it was last night
That clear things up a bit. Was thinking you all were talking about someone in-game, and this was just more board **** talk.
heh i thought shamrock was smart to back out. then that new guy takes slice down with 1 hit, followed by 15 hits. Im not sure if its true but i heard theres video of slices knocking a guys eye out his socket with one hit. in a backyard fight?
oh yeah it was on cbs.
He has no real talent, yet he talked a huge game. He never fought any professional fighters just backyard gangsters.
Was the begining of the end.
Ken didnt fight....he backed out becuase a "cut over his eye" they had that new fighter kid from ufc.
I have tape of UFC number two I think, where a kickboxer knocks this big sumo guy down. Kicks him in the face and his eye comes out. In a bar once in AZ a chick hit this guy right in the side of the head with a beer bottle and his eye popped out too. They pop out easy really, like a grape on a string.
Good been forever since he won. I'm surprised he even took the offer up.
haha. O.G. sprayed on everything.
One of my trainers fought Dan Barerra(Guy who was on TUF Season....6 I think). An hour before the fight he was doing slow shadow boxing with my head trainer, and something grazed his eye, scratched his cornea he did pretty well but by the second fight his eye was so irritated he couldn't see out of it.
I actually feel bad for Kimbo
EliteXC throws him up on a pedestal as their poster boy due to his backyard fighting fame. Then they toss in the ring with hand picked opponents that are known for their "glass" jaws or are so far over the hill that they completely lack credibilty. His fight verses James Thompson showed he can't even handle an unskilled journeyman on the ground and now his standup gets exposed.
If he was 24 instead of 34 I would think he could adapt and learn. But sadly they will be forced to continue to handpick his opponents like Shamrock or maybe bring Don Frye until the company folds.
Actually, thats not true. Ken wanted to fight, the committee told him no.
