    first i have received missing code thanks for quick action

    can you please let us know if we will be able to purchase a code for each account as i have upgraded a none crafter account so cant use the features and i play siege and only have one character

    i find it hard to beleive that all linked accounts to one email can only buy one code where as if i was using 5 email addresses for my five accounts i would be able to upgrade all my accounts

    hope i have explained my self

    I agree I have two accounts that are link to the same email address and would like to buy another code for the second account and origin will not let me .

    I have 2 origin accounts.

    On the first one that i bought the first code with it seems i can't buy another upgrade code anymore.

    On the Second account that i used after the fix i can buy as many king collection upgrade as i want. (One a time)

    It seems that the first account is blocked buying a new code, i think that needs to be reset.

    I bought an already used code from origin store tonight. Spent lots of time with live chat customer support insinuating I already applied the code to one of my other game accounts and asking for other emails...GRR!
    The chat adviser said: I asked for the other emails that you have to check if it was accidentally redeemed on one of your accounts
    He also added: Thank you for verifying the order. However, it was redeemed on another account. I am sorry but I will be unable to provide you with any information about the account since it cannot be verified due to lack of account information.
    Well hello!?! That code was not applied to my account! DUH.


    Have a ticket number to email support and also need to call some phone specialist?
    "We have a specialized team that handles these issues. This team is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 3:00 am to 9:00 pm CST. Please call us at 1-866-543-5435, select the option for an existing case, and enter your case number X(oops , changed number to x). When the advisor answers the phone, let them know you are calling about an escalated case and the advisor will get you to the proper team."

    I just wanted a usable code for my account, not a migraine!

    Oooh, do you really think i can call them at 3 am CST?

    Why can't they just fire the persons who are in charge for the shop? It's broken since like forever. How do they ever want to beat steam when a paying customer can't even buy the stuff he wants? I don't get the purpose of that shop. I can't buy multiple of a kind. For EA 1$ = 1€ .. jeez

    It seems to be fixed, i can buy more codes on both origin accounts now. :)
