With all the bashing of the support folks, I just thought I should report my latest transaction. I needed an account unlinked from my master account, emailed Mesanna, answer with instructions how to do back in one day, emailed support, answer back in one day needing 2 more bits of info, emailed them those, less than 4 hours account was unlinked. Wow, great work guys! I've had my problems with account management in the past but this was sure a very pleasant experience, again, Kudos Support!!
