Legendary Bards Post you favorites found in real life

Discussion in 'UHall' started by DarkScripture, Nov 8, 2011.

  1. I was surfing around Youtube and found a few types of music that would awesome to go into battle hearing. Some I have found bring a mournful sorrowfulness, where others made me feel as if I were a very fleet of foot animal. Some inspired courage and battle lust. I was wondering if some of you bards out there have favorites to share.

I thought the ones that fit into this topic were instances where a single bard seemed to be able to carry the show.

  4. I like the raw sound of the voices in The Hunter. That makes your heart race for sure.. You would need 3 or more bards to pull that sound off.

Saw them for the third time over the summer. He plays rhythm and lead on one guitar at the same time. During a spot of showing off he was playing two songs at once. Camptown races and Yankee Doodle.

I am a huge fan of theirs. If you are first discovering it check out more.

And some of the nicest people on earth to. Even running late to get on the road to their next show they waited until everyone that wanted one got a picture and an autograph.

That would be it. That song is great for trumpet players. Not bad for the lower brass either.

My personal favorite has always been Carmina Burana - O'fortuna.
    (hopefully I got that right)

If I could stick that on the provo masteries that would set a whole new precedence for slaying of all sorts in UO.

Played by the right orchestra and sung by the right choir, one of the more powerful pieces of music there is... The soft part building up as the hunt ensues, and then the crescendo when you attack! Now this is a piece of music that goes to 11! Killer song man! Oh yeah... and it is by Carl (Karl?) Orff.

Well for peacemaking: "Peace Train" by Cat Stevens

for provoke an excerpt from the 1812 Overture (the cannons) or the Ride of the Valkyries, or even Carmina Burana.
