As a bracelet, it's ok if it's missing Enhanced Potions because a 50% EP ring can be used to make up for it. As all mage bracelets go, they compete with Ornament of the Magician. Any mage brace lacking 1 FC and/or 3 FCR should have at least the skill points to make it worth while. As a dexer bracelet, it's not really missing anything, but it doesn't really have anything special to it either.

Overall, this bracelet is all over the place :) It's a decent find with lots of useful mods, it's just not specialized towards any specific template.

IMO 30m-ish, maybe more if a necro dexer is looking for that specific piece.

Maybe some sort of Archer bard could use this? Get the disco bonus plus benefit from the mods. Even if you ignore the skill points and LRC, there are 9 mods a melee toon could use.

If you could find the right person that really needs the piece... Sibble's estimate is on the mark. Otherwise, if this is sitting around for longer than you'd like, you should probably cut it down to lower 20's.
