If I recalled a bit back this person said hi on UO.com and asked for all feedback, well on my whiles and whistles I have attempted to do this through all the stupid ways like using the submit questions things and complain thing and so on any given Sunday when I feel it warrants a response, and I still even then get an auto response. I would like this person to spell out what the GM team is and can or cannot do to ME. Yeah take it up with me like an adult, and I will be nice. I mean you have GM's who you CANNOT SEE to talk about what they did provide one service for a player right in front of you and they want to act like they didn't do it the next time. Without any up in front yes I'm a GM and not hiding invisible and sending you a pre written diatribe about 'we cannot tell you what we did or did not do at any time for any reason particular we may or may not feel like' you have the feeling you are talking to nothing. Without names and reasons there is no accountability. Too many people are too sick and tired for too many years over throwing rocks at a brick wall and hoping for something to bounce back and say hi. This person who posted this hi I'm in the GM team or him or whomever it was said they would be outright. THey've said jack and nothing since then. About anything. I expect jack. I call a spade a spade and it either prooves its not or doesn't. Come out and face me or you are SOL on any sense of being an authority. Unlike our community rep who is not even capable of knowing mana regneration comes in points and 2% mana regneration is not a figure we use. 2% of what? Lot of faith. That being said, who is the GM who said it was an authority on UO.com and where the heck did it go? Maybe I went blind and stupid but it seems not to exist. Perhaps as a word of advice I might add this: Do not say things you don't have any clue about in the off chance it might CYA. Do it right or don't do it at all. Way to go with the town hall. You just bought yourselves a nightmare over things you are guessing about. YOU guys (the employees) are the authority. Not me. And you should know better by now than to ramble instead of being specific. Not my job.
