Okay, finally gonna break down and ask. And please, I have no desire for a long drawn out mathematical formula, just your thoughts on what works for you.

Which is better, which works better, Eval+Anat? or Wrestling...

    PvP?
    and PvM

    Thanks! :)

Well, the Eval+Anat formula is easy: Defensive skill = (Eval + Anat + 20)/2
So at 120 Eval and 100 Anat you have defensive wrestling of 120.

The only times Eval+Anat defense is useful is for a mage with healing or you REALLY cannot squeeze the extra 20 points in for 120 Real Wrestling.
By having 120 Real Wrestling you get a hit chance for disrupting other mages in PvP and the Disarm and Paralyze specials (para works great in PvM against things like lich lords)

for 20 skill points more you get to hit back (with ant/eval you dont get the hit% just the Defense) and you get to para blow and dissarm

Personally, I think using a -0 mage weapon works better than either in PvM - but on the same token, you can do the Eval+anat WITH a -0 mage weapon for offense/active defense (because of the 55% DI from GM anatomy - trust me, an undead will really feel it with a staff of pyros), then switch to a spell book for totally passive defense.
