    I could use some help from somebody with a some free time on their hands.
    I need somebody to...
    1. Update the documentation on the site to help people find, download, and install skins, mods, and icon packs (particularly where packages have dependencies on other packages).
    2. Add some basic instructions for Japanese and German users.
    3. Add/Update screenshots for all skins, mods, and icon packs.
    4. Add/Update install instructions for all skins, mods, and icon packs.

    edit::
    Note that it doesn't need to be the same person who does all 4 (or even one person doing any of the tasks)

    Also ein Readme.txt in dem gut erklärt wird wie man diverse Mods in einem bevorzugten "Skin" kombinieren kann ist schon mal ein Anfang ;)
