give or take 10 mins respawn, is this intended or something to get a fix?
I'm guessing it's to prevent Navrey from become the Red Death of SA. When ML came out people just sat and farmed the red death for hours and the drops were stupid. This cause ALL drops to stop as is the case with "fixes" from our beloved team. One extreme or the other. Rarely is there a fix that meets in the middle.
I would like to know if the respawn rate is intended to be this slow.
It's become too slow.... slow = boredom..... boredom = no play....
10 minute respawn is too slow?

10? What the hell game are you playing? It's at least 15.
And it's slow because Navrey dies in 2 minutes or less on populated shards.
You having that much of a easy time soloing it? How? That thing takes at least 30 minutes with spellweaving a hour and half without.
It's not worth doing it with a group there is just not enough rewards to go around.

I haven't been able to try since the publish.
When an area isn't instanced, and lots of people want to fight the mob, AND 99.99% of her loot is COMPLETE CRAP...
Yes, 10 mins is about 8 mins too long.
Oh ok you said 2 minutes I really wanted to know the secret Maybe then I would try it again.
Epic Encounter - Navrey:
15 minute respawn that nothing else has.
Dies to a group in a fraction of the respawn time.
Practically zero danger to players.
Instanced loot about the same as Ettins.
Artifact chance *laughter*.
Design doc fail.
That thing is not worth it with a group. The loot doesn't match up for group play. Have you tried solo?I'll be curious on time elapse without spellweaving as I've got plenty of data on it with spellweaving.
i wouldn't expect a person to notice the very cleverly hidden time reference in the original post...

Its not that kind of group. Its a public area thats supposed to be dropping an item, an item that most people want, theres nearly always 4+ people in there. At least on the shards I play there is.
Its soloable, though I don't see how Spellweaving has anything to do with it, like every other monster in UO that tries to run away spamming AttackLast grounds it and makes it come to you, and anyone can do that. Theres also Acid Poppers to get rid of the web when needed.
It obviously takes longer than 2 mins solo though I didn't time it and it depends what you use.
They seriously need to make these things work lilke Doom where you will eventually get the drop because 2 days is just pathetic, didn't see even one person get one today.
It does this dance that when it's suppose to run away it goes of the axis. unable to be hit with pet or close quarter melee weapon even though your right on top of it. Thats why spellweaving is used in wod of death cause it can hit it from a range.
Well the OP may think the respawn timer is too fast. No one can know what he means unless he wants to come back and state his opinion. Prior to the publish it was nearly instant respawn (too fast in my opinion) and now it's 15 minutes (too long). I don't I like a system where the wait is longer than the battle.
Bingo! This would make perfect sense. It can take a long time to earn the points, but this would ensure equity. It seems logical that it can be done this way since the item drops in your pack.
that is the point, is the respawn time supposed to be so slow?
instant respwawn does not give oyu time to loot etc, like Slasher still does, so is there a plan to speed up respawn bearing in mind Navrey has NEVER worked properly
and is the loot intensity going to get a buff aswell?
